● Foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence through coaching and performance management.

Financial & Contract Management

● Manage customer contracts, including renewals, scope adjustments, and change orders.

● Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising safety or quality.

● Deliver value-added solutions to improve fab efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).

Reporting & Communication

● Provide timely reporting on KPIs such as uptime, safety incidents, and quality metrics.

● Maintain transparent communication with customer stakeholders and internal leadership.

● Escalate critical operational or compliance issues promptly.
