Capital Construction & Renovation (CCR) is growing, and we're looking for experienced, detail-oriented Rent Ready Site Managers to oversee multifamily renovation and apartment turn projects throughout the DMV area.

CCR specializes in comprehensive rent-ready services for multifamily communities, including:

• Multifamily Renovations
• Unit Turns
• Capital Improvement Projects
• Field Oversight

We partner with apartment communities to deliver efficient, high-quality renovations that keep properties move-in ready while maintaining exceptional standards.

• Manage multiple renovation and apartment turn projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Perform quality control inspections
• Communicate with property managers, recruiter, ownership groups, and internal teams
• Resolve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

• Experience managing construction, renovation, or multifamily projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the DMV area
