Supporting accurate and timely reimbursement processes, the full-time Dedicated Network Support Specialist will manage practitioner setup, payment configuration, and financial support activities while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Key responsibilities: Setup and maintain practitioner profiles and finance calendars for payment rendering Investigate provider reimbursement inquiries in collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing Manage the VS Market Relations email and fax inbox while adhering to established workflows and compliance standards Required qualifications: High School Diploma/GED 1+ years of experience collaborating across multiple business functions Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Must have a dedicated work area that ensures information privacy and a reliable high-speed internet connection
