Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of materials science, including FRP composites, plastics, polymers, adhesives, and related materials .
• Strong design engineering capabilities with the ability to develop practical, innovative solutions.
• High degree of creativity, initiative, and independent problem-solving .
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues .
• Excellent analytical, computational, and critical-thinking skills .
• Ability to identify and develop creative or unconventional solutions to challenging product implementation and development issues.
• Highly organized with strong project management and time-management skills .
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments while managing strict deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and execute deliverables efficiently .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Strong presentation and technical communication skills .

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–5 years of relevant engineering experience , preferably in design, materials, manufacturing, or product development.
• Design engineering experience preferred .
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies is a plus.
• Experience working with composite materials, polymers, adhesives, or other advanced materials is highly desirable.
