Independent Insurance Agent – Supplemental Benefits

We are expanding throughout Wyoming and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Independent Insurance Agents specializing in supplemental benefits.

This is an opportunity to build your own insurance business while helping individuals, families, employees, and businesses access supplemental insurance solutions that provide additional financial protection when unexpected accidents or illnesses occur.

What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with local businesses and individuals throughout Wyoming
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to introduce employee supplemental benefit options
• Help individuals and employees understand available coverage
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community relationships
• Build and manage your own book of business
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Participate in training, coaching, and team development

No Insurance Experience? That's Okay.

We're looking for individuals with the drive, work ethic, personality, and willingness to learn .

Experience in sales, customer service, business development, management, hospitality, recruiting, or other relationship-based careers can translate very well into this opportunity.

An insurance license is required to sell insurance. If you're not currently licensed, we can discuss the licensing process and steps needed to get started.

Wyoming Territory We are currently expanding throughout Wyoming, including:

Cheyenne Laramie Rawlins Rock Springs Green River Casper Gillette Sheridan and surrounding communities

Local travel and in-person relationship building may be part of the opportunity.
