Job Description
Lawn Maintenance Team Member — $18 to $20.50 an hour
Near Bridgeville, in the South Hills. Full time, Monday through Friday, start around 7:30 a.m. Saturday only when rain pushes the week.
Lawnify is a small landscaping company that is growing on purpose. We want people who will be here for years, not a crew we replace every spring. The work is outside, on your feet, and it will keep you in shape. The guys you work with are expected to be steady, respectful, and easy to spend a day with. Drama doesn't last here.
You'll mow, trim, edge, and blow yards. No experience needed. We train you. You need a reliable way to the shop and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work outside in heat, cold, and rain. This seat does not drive company vehicles unless Lawnify approves otherwise.
This seat pays $18 to $20.50 as you move from Junior Lawn Maintenance Team Member ($18) to Lawn Maintenance Team Member ($18.50–$19.50) to Hand of the Foreman ($19.50–$20.50). Health insurance is available after more than one year. Do the job well and the path is Team Member → Hand of the Foreman → Junior Foreman → Foreman → Senior Foreman, with higher pay at each step. The people who run crews here started in this seat. Pay is weekly.
