# Industrial CleanerEast Liberty, OH (Honda)## Job DescriptionJob is 3rd Shift. Sunday-Thursday 10PM-6:30AMWe’re looking for a dependable **Technician** to support MPW operations by performing hands-on industrial cleaning and labor support tasks. This role plays a key part in maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments across job sites.**What You’ll Bring*** Strong work ethic – demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and accountability in daily tasks and job site responsibilities* Safety-focused mindset – prioritizes personal and team safety while following OSHA guidelines and company standards* Team-oriented approach – works cooperatively with team members, leaders, and customers to complete jobs efficiently* Attention to detail – maintains clean, organized work areas and ensures quality and accuracy in all assigned duties**What You’ll Do*** Arrive at assigned job sites on time and maintain a professional, respectful attitude toward coworkers and customers* Perform industrial cleaning and labor support tasks as directed by team leaders, supervisors, or account managers* Operate manual tools and production-related equipment safely and efficiently to support job completion* Monitor work processes to ensure quality standards and operational efficiency are consistently met* Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or process problems to the team leader immediately* Maintain work areas, equipment, and break spaces in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times* Complete required daily documentation, including shift summaries, logs, and inventory reports as requested* Assist with on-the-job training and support onboarding of new employees or transferred team members* Follow all company policies, employee handbook guidelines, and supervisor instructions* Adhere to OSHA regulations and MPW safety standards in all work activities* Communicate job progress, issues, and updates clearly to supervisors and team members* Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs**What You’ll Need*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education acceptable* Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and equipment operation in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred* Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing* Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly and perform continuous physical labor throughout 8–12 hour shifts* Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces, at varying heights, and in industrial environments with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and weather conditions; must be able to wear required PPE including respirators* Ability to travel to job sites as needed, including out-of-state assignments for extended periods, and work flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, and extended shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr
